Country house nestles amongst green meadows and shady woods in thevalley of the Valle dei Calanchi.
A large garden equipped with tables and chairs and a barbecue, so you can cook and eat outside. Several accessories for free time makes it comfortable, relaxing, ideal place to spend your holidays.

The country house is situated at approximately 500 meters of altitude and is sheltered from the excessive summer heat, thanks to the rich vegetation.
House and pool are indipendent and for individual use only.

The property which measures approximately 100 square meters has been restored respecting the original structure and design. The accomodation is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a well equipped kitchen with a fireplace and a large bathroom with a shower.


 
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom this time with a bath. The house comfortably sleeps from 4 to 6 people.
